Currently Vice President of CGI Global and Past President of MAICSA Council. He is also a member of TI Malaysia. As MAICSA’s Thought Leadership Committee Chairman of MAICSA, he initiated and contributed to the publication of the MAICSA Guides on Corporate Governance for listed as well as non-listed entities. With a diverse portfolio and committees spanning 15 years, he has been actively involved as a member and chairman of  the Education, Thought Leadership and other Committees of MAICSA. As a representative of MAICSA in the Council of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) London, he’s been elected as International Vice President for two consecutive terms. He also served in the CGI Thought leadership and is currently the Chairman of the Constitution Committee. He is involved in shaping ethics and governance standards in the changing environment of business and sustainability.
