Norazalina is the Senior General Manager of Group Legal, Industrial Relations & Contract Management at Destination Resorts and Hotels Sdn Bhd (DRH) ands brings extensive legal expertise to her role within Khazanah Nasional Berhad’s leisure and tourism portfolio. Leading a team of legal and contract management professionals, her responsibilities include safeguarding DRH Group’s interests in areas like investment, operations, risk management, finance, and procurement. She also excels in intellectual property management and cross-border transactions. Before this, she served as Senior Vice President, Legal & Secretarial for Balau Hospitality Sdn Bhd, overseeing legal support and contract management for luxury hotels and resorts. She was also Head of Legal and Corporate Compliance at iPerintis Sdn Bhd, where she managed legal affairs for the ICT arm of PETRONAS, focusing on contract negotiations, intellectual property, and vendor performance.

With LL.M and LL.B (Hons) degrees from UKM and IIUM respectively, Norazalina is a registered Industrial Design Agent and Trade Mark Agent. She has been consistently recognized for her outstanding contributions in legal and compliance roles, demonstrating her leadership and expertise in diverse industries.
