We are delighted to be appointed to conduct the Strategic Planning Workshop on 19 May 2024 for the establishment of a charity organisation under the Sudan Embassy. The workshop brought together key stakeholders in a collaborative environment, where valuable insights were shared and innovative ideas were shaped.
During the session, we mapped out actionable solutions for critical areas of intervention and developed a path forward, focusing on sustainability, transparency, and strong governance as the core pillars of our approach.
