We are truly privileged to visit Islamic Relief Indonesia on 28 January 2025, one of Indonesia’s most esteemed NGOs, renowned for their transformative humanitarian efforts. 🌍 Their commitment to excellence, demonstrated through robust internal processes like the Core Humanitarian Standards and Islamic Relief Quality Management Standards, is truly inspiring. We are eager to learn from their expertise and experience.
During our visit, we also shared our charity governance agenda, exchanging ideas on strengthening governance within the social development sector. We are also honored to have our Panel of Experts, Haji Zairulshahfuddin, (Adjunct Prof) Zainal Abidin, former CEO of Islamic Relief Malaysia, and to reconnect with Mr. Nanang Subana Dirja, CEO of Islamic Relief Indonesia. This meaningful exchange highlights the importance of ongoing networking and collaboration in advancing leadership and humanitarian efforts.
