Dr. Nizam Shah is an Adjunct Professor in Business Administration at the University of Geomatika Malaysia, a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and the founder of A.Nizam Shah & Co., an accounting firm. With over 21 years of experience in the financial industry, he specializes in audit findings, corporate governance, FinTech, risk management, regulatory compliance, and sustainability development. Dr. Nizam holds a Ph.D. in operational risk management, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons). He is also an ASEAN CPA, a Fellow Member of the International Compliance Association UK, and an International Certified Black Belt (ICBB) of the International Association for Six Sigma Certification USA. Additionally, he is certified in AML/CFT Compliance and is an HRDC-accredited corporate trainer.
