Amalina, a Master of Science (Psychology) graduate is a skilled and results-driven consultant executive with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for social development organisations. Possessing a strong background in research and data analysis, coupled with a keen understanding of industrial and organisational psychology in reflecting the expertise in understanding human behaviour within organisational settings. 

Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects from inception to completion. She is proficient in utilising frameworks like the Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard and Theory of Change for performance monitoring and impact evaluation. Known for producing detailed and actionable reports, enhancing organisational effectiveness, and achieving ISO certification for various clients.

She is actively involved in youth volunteer activities such as the Yayasan Sukarelawan Siswa Green Summer Volunteer Campaign in Vietnam and Harmoni Mission 5.0 in Cambodia. Having experience as a research assistant in the field of research for several research grants, she has competence in specific research to module development, data analysis and academic research.
