Possessing a strong background in research and data analysis, coupled with a keen understanding of industrial and organisational psychology in reflecting the expertise in understanding human behaviour within organisational settings.

She is proficient in utilising frameworks like the Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard and Theory of Change for performance monitoring and impact evaluation.
