As the part of board management and corporate secretarial services provided by International Governance and Sustainability Centre (IGSC), we had the privilege of organising and managing the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for our valued CLBG client, TDC Care Berhad on 12 June 2024. From preparation to execution, we ensured a smooth and compliant process, empowering their mission to continue making a positive impact.
TDC Care Berhad is a non-profit charitable organisation focusing on education, enterpreneurship, health, financial management, sustainable living, psychosocial intervention especially for the groups of Asnaf, children, orphans, single mothers and the needy.
