We are proud to have successfully facilitated the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for our esteemed CLBG client, Yayasan Jariah-Aafiyat on 26 June 2024. As their company secretary, we ensured the meeting complied with all regulations, ran smoothly, and upheld the highest standards of charity governance.
As the charity arm of Aafiyat Group, Yayasan Jariah’s mission is to reduce and/or eventually, eliminate poverty and socioeconomic inequalities with nurture and care by upholding absolute poor households with sustainable entrepreneurship through Aafiyat Economic Empowerment as the main focus area supported by Aafiyat Infrastucture and Equipment, Aafiyat Social Care & Welfare and Aafiyat Education.
